| 1. Eligibility |
A minimum academic qualification, good character and excel in the subjects that you are going to teach. |
| 2. Commission |
You will pay HOME TUITION JOB commission of 50% of the 1st month(4 weeks) tuition fees. All subsequent months of the tuition fees will be yours. |
| 3. Payment of Commission |
The commissions must be paid within 14 days and not later than 30 days from the date of home tuition job offer. |
| 4. Termination of the tuition class within 1 month period. |
If the parents/students or you terminate the tuition within 1 month period. We will refund 90% of the commission, the remaining 10% will be retained by us as administration charges. |
| 5. Selection of tutor for home tuition jobs. |
The tutor selection is based on parents/students requirements, tutor's descriptions, tutor's track record, number of competing tutors for the job and your payment option.Make sure that you enter as much information about yourself and upload your real photo. |
| 6. Identity Theft. |
For security purpose, you are required to present identification document(such as MyKad or driving license) for parents or students to verify you on the first tuition class. HOME TUITION JOB, the parents and students reserve the rights to lodge police report against you, if the information submitted to Home Tuition Job about yourself is an impersonation of someone else. |
| 7. Cheating. |
We want to do business with honest tutors, any attempts to deprive HOME TUITION JOB of the rightful commissions will cause your account to be suspended from applying
further jobs until the overdue amount is paid fully. HOME TUITION JOB will take actions to recover any commissions from you. Your account will NOT be deleted, but searchable on most search engines on Internet with details of the outstanding amount due to us.YOU WILL BE LABELLED AS A FRAUD. This will impact your future employment and credibility. |
| 8. Work ethics. |
Tutors with bad behaviour problems, lacking responsibility and refuse to co-operate with HOME TUITION JOB will be suspended from applying further jobs. |
| 9. Transportation. |
You must provide your own transportation. |
| 10. Disclaimer. |
HOME TUITION JOB will NOT be liable for any conflict between you and parents/students or damages caused by the usage of our website. |
